Welcome to Bacon Week in Market Square!  February 1-7, 2017

What’s so special about your bacon?  We make it!  Fresh Pennsylvania pork bellies from Penn’s Corner are seasoned with our house rub, a long cure, and a good smoke.  Our Meat Man Kevin oversees the process from start to finish, and then we slice it and cook it up for all your hot dog, brunch, and salad cravings.

What’s featured during bacon week?  

Bacon Combo! Choose the Oahu frank, the BLT sandwich, or create your own bacon-topped frank and get a side of Baked Potato Poutine (topped with BACON, of course) for just $8.50.  Comes with a Boylan soda too!

Bacon Add-on!  All week long add bacon to anything for just $.50.

Bleu Moon featured frank!  Top a frank of your choice with grilled onions, balsamic glazed portobellos, bleu cheese, and bacon!  Just +$2.

New BLT Sandwich!  Now a permanent menu addition, our house bacon, lettuce, tomato, and chipotle aioli on whole grain roll.  $4.95 / VLT $5.25

I’m vegan so of course you have nothing for me, right?  Wrong!  Our marinated and grilled tofu “bacon” has the same flavor profile as the real deal, without the pig.  Our VLT Sandwich with vegan chipotle aioli is to die for!
