Megan and Molly from Franktuary are honored to be cooking the meal at this Saturday’s Frankferd Farms #farmersfork dinner series! The good folks at Frankferd have been growing and milling organic grains for over 30 years in Saxonburg, PA, as well as distributing host of natural food brands, and we love sourcing restaurant products from them.
The almost-entirely-local farm dinner will be served in a beautiful old barn with a picture window overlooking rolling hills. Think twinkly lights, hay bales, beautiful vintage china…and lots of local cocktails and beer! We’re known for having something for every diet at Franktuary, and this dinner is no exception. Gluten free, with vegan options for each course!

Passed Bites: hot dog sushi with wasabi mayo
Appetizer: falafel with kimchi white bean hummus
Salad: organic heirloom tomato Caprese salad with fresh mozzarella or marinated organic tofu
