This past weekend I made a dessert. I call it “Look Out, Filo!” That’s because it’s made largely of shredded filo dough.

Truthfully, my dessert was supposed to be something called kataifi. It didn’t come out quite right and that’s why I call it “Look Out, Filo!”

“Look Out, Filo!” is a much soggier dish than kataifi. I’m not sure what went wrong, but you can be sure I’ll try again someday.

In the meantime, I’ll be serving lots of delicious franks at Hot D***a. Believe you me, I know what I’m doing when it comes to making franks.
