Tonight I’m going to learn a little something about efficient lunch delivery. I’m going to see a documentary, made by a Carnegie Mellon University professor, about the Dabawallas. All I know is that these people operate an extremely large-scale yet low-tech lunch delivery service in India. Sounds like something every small restaurant owner should know about, right?
